BUSINESS AREAS
Regrind & Granulates
Single-type plastic raw materials are shredded into shredder residue at the processing plants and then processed into ground material. The ground material is then either sold as a finished product or used as an intermediate product to produce regranulates. The regranulates are used as high-quality raw materials for various applications.
Trading
We trade both virgin materials and raw materials from post-consumer and post-industrial sources. We purchase material streams in the form of bales, rolls, regrind or granules and provide tailored logistics and processing solutions to meet your needs.
Contract Processing
We take your production waste and process it into high-quality regrind or granules. You receive the product you require (regrind or granules) back for direct use in your production process.
Postconsumer
We are not only a partner for post-industrial production waste; post-consumer materials are also collected at RDG and processed into regrind and regranulates.
Separation of Composite Materials
At RDG, composite materials are separated into plastic and metal components using both manual and mechanical processes. Through careful handling and tailored processing steps, the quality of each material is preserved as
much as possible. This allows both plastics and metals to be optimally prepared for further processing.
The result is high-quality raw materials that can be reintroduced into the production cycle..

Consulting and Process Optimization
We see ourselves as problem solvers for our customers. We support plastics processors in optimizing their processes with regard to the recyclability of their waste products. Required material analyses are carried out in our in-house laboratory. Our goal is to recover the maximum amount of single-material fractions possible. We continue working on solutions until we find the best possible approach.
Logistics
The collection of raw materials and delivery of recycled materials are managed according to precise schedules. Our own fleet, supported by additional logistics partners, ensures smooth and reliable logistics. This allows us to process orders cost-effectively, on time and to the complete satisfaction of our customers.
Quality
To guarantee the highest quality standards, we provide support right from the point where materials arise. This helps us ensure structured collection processes within production facilities and achieve high levels of material purity in production waste. Continuous quality controls ensure consistently high regrind quality.
All processes and procedures are documented and verified through TÜV certification. Upon request, each of our suppliers receives an annual recycling confirmation.
