Safety Topics and Fire Safety Training in Focus
With beautiful weather, the first information event for all staff took place on 20 September. The focus was on important safety topics, which were covered at various stations.
Station-Based Training on Workplace Safety
All participants were divided into three groups to cover various safety-related topics concerning the workplace at different stations. The topics included the correct use of personal protective equipment, emergency and alarm procedures, general safety guidelines on the company premises, as well as further training opportunities and employee benefits.
Fire Safety Training
As part of the fire safety training conducted by Brandschutz Fellerer, all employees had the opportunity to practise using different types of fire extinguishers. A particular highlight of the training was the controlled explosion of an aerosol can, as well as a demonstration of the different methods of fighting fires depending on the respective fire class.
